- General Litigation. At the Dodds Law Firm, we are prepared to initiate or defend those who have been harmed by the improper or negligent conduct of others.
- Bankruptcy. Our firm assists each client to determine what their financial options are, and if it appears that bankruptcy is their best option, we assist clients in determining whether their financial goals are best achieved by filing either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Our staff and attorneys personally prepare all required schedules, exhibits, and documentation necessary to successfully file a confirmable bankruptcy. We strive to provide the best legal support possible to each of our valued clients. Consequently, our firm does not use appearance attorneys to represent our clients at creditor's hearings or court appearances.
